Hi there, my name is Ana. I am very excited that you are visiting my website. I am a self-taught pastry chef (aka home baker), based in Switzerland. Since I was little I've always went the extra mile to upgrade any recipe or decoration of my desserts. I noticed that sometimes it takes just a little patience to create a stunning effect. With time I have developed my own culinary creations and have always dreamed of sharing them with you guys. In case you were wondering, in my other (= non-pastry) life I work in the financial department.
For my recipes I try to share the things that I love with you. There are three different difficulty levels so that anyone can find the dessert that fits their skills. Another thing that is important to me is that I try to reduce the sugar content in my recipes and make sure that the desserts are well balanced and not too heavy. Sometimes it works better than other times. And sometimes you just need a load of chocolate to feel happy...we've all been there!
